What is Keyword Research?
Keyword research is the foundation of the SEO cycle. Finding the right keywords is very vital in ranking your website to search engines like Google and Bing because this determines what the audience in the specific industry is looking for. Alongside this process, doing mapping is also important to make sure that the targeted keywords are specifically on the right page of your website.
As a person who knowledgeable in this field, I have a comprehensive process in doing this. I use different tools such as Ubersuggest, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to find the correct keywords for the niche of your business. Also, I make sure to organize those properly in a file so that I will not be lost along the process.

As you can see from the image above, that’s a simple keyword research that we did during the bootcamp wherein we used Ubersuggest as our SEO tool. Long-tailed keywords, volume, keyword difficulty, and intent are important factors you must look for when doing this process. But still, there is a baseline that you need to consider before choosing those keywords.
